1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NiteCraft Minecraft server, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Minecraft EULA Compliance

NiteCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their partners. We fully comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. User Conduct and Server Rules

Players must adhere to our community guidelines. Use of unauthorized modifications (hacks/cheats), exploiting server bugs, harassment, or real-money trading is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

4. Virtual Purchases

Any purchases made on our official store are final. Virtual items have no real-world value. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the network.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of NiteCraft after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
